Brenda is the past‐President of the National Speaker’s Association, Minnesota Chapter, along with former President of the United Ostomy Association's, Minneapolis chapter, and is national patient advocate for a variety of organizations. She is also active in the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor (AATH).
