They will leave genuinely moved to make immediate and enduring positive changes benefiting themselves, their families, and their co-workers. I'm Gonna Feel Good Now Being diagnosed with breast cancer gave Anne-Louise a very different perspective on life. Being a survivor expanded that perspective even more. She wrote the song "I'm Gonna Feel Good Now," two months before she was diagnosed, for her children's performances, to teach them about growth mindset and the power of YET. While waiting for the results of her ultrasound, she started singing the song to herself, realizing that the song lyrics are a powerful antidote for worry and fear. She sang the song to herself every day, in the shower, in the car, and while waiting for treatments. Being forced to practice what she has been preaching enables Anne-Louise to have a deeper understanding and empathy of what other survivors might experience. This allows her to share realistic tools and tips to navigate their own paths to audacious joy - finding small joys every day, changing the words you tell yourself to change your brain state to support health, happiness, and hope, and becoming even more aware of what it means to be kind to yourself. These are some of the skills her audiences will take away from their time with Anne-Louise. Anne-Louise wraps ups these insights with humor, music and storytelling.
