Greg began his career in health care in the mid '70s, working in behavioral health with a health system in Ohio. In the mid '80s, he spearheaded their focus on the patients to drive effective business strategies. The experience also drove his passion for leadership development.

Greg has written several articles for national publications and co-authored the book, Zapp! Empowerment in Health Care. Greg has been invited to present at AONE, the Press Ganey client conference, SHRM's annual conference, the Jackson Organization client conference, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Association, ASHHRA's annual meeting, HCA's national CFO and HR Directors conferences, ACHE and leadership retreats throughout the United States.
