Kathleen D. Pagana PhD, RN Earns the Certified Speaking Professional Designation

Kathleen D. Pagana, Keynote Speaker & Best-Selling Author, has earned the CSP™ (Certified Speaking Professional) designation. She was honored during a ceremony on July 8 at Influence 2017, NSA’s annual convention in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The Certified Speaking Professional designation is the speaking industry’s international measure of professional platform skill. The CSP designation is conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) only on those speakers who have earned it by meeting strict qualifying criteria.

Kathleen is an Emeritus Professor of Nursing at Lycoming College. Her speaking business primarily targets health care professionals with a focus on leadership, life balance, and professional etiquette.  She also helps clinicians improve their presentation skills. Her main clients include professional associations, healthcare organizations, and college/universities.
